Ingredients:
1 pkg. Earth Family Jalapeno Dip
1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 cup Heavy Cream

Directions:
Microwave-Put cheeses, Earth Family Jalapeno Dip and 1/2 cup of cream into microwavable bowl. Microwave 1 min. on high. Take out and add rest of cream. Stir well. Microwave for 30 sec. If the dip seems too thick, stir in additional cream until desired consistency. Serve hot with crackers.

Double boiler-Add cheeses and Earth Family Jalapeno Dip. Heat to high and as the cheese is melting pour in cream and whisk until dip is creamy and smooth. Serve hot with crackers.
